Fugitive featured on America’s Most Wanted captured in Saskatchewan

One of America’s most-wanted fugitives a man accused of sex offences against children in Wisconsin was arrested Thursday in Outlook, Sask., after RCMP in the community were informed he was working as a construction worker there.
