There’s something about a big round table that augments conversation and encourages free exchange of ideas. Just ask King Arthur.

In this month’s Q&A, we’ve put together a virtual round table. We invited some leaders from one of the major justice architure firms, DMJM H&N – AECOM, to sit in and discuss corrections. Andrew Cupples, principal and leader of the justice practice; Greg Offner, vice president responsible for program and construction management services; Kenneth Jandura, justice principal and head of the practice ’s Washington office; and Mike Retford, justice principal responsible for the justice market in the western United States, share their thoughts on the industry.
