Keever, Goforth debate at Highland Farms

The two candidates for the N.C. House District 115, Bruce Goforth and Patsy Keever, appeared at a candidate forum Monday night at Highland Farms. About 30 people attended. Hot topics included steep slope development, budget shortfalls, and the Swannanoa Youth Development Center.
