Riverside County supervisors hold to spending cuts, tell departments to wait on increases

Pooches and prisoners will have to wait a little longer to know if they’re going to see changes in their level of care, as Riverside County officials weigh sweeping cuts that could curtail animal adoptions and cut down on the availability of on-site psychiatric care for inmates.
