Rain causes more issues

The North Platte Telegraph The rainfall in North Platte is taking a toll on construction of the new Lincoln County Jail. That’s according to jail inspector Kirk Nichols, who said at Monday’s county commissioners meeting that not enough effort is being put forth to remove pools of water.
