ADA-Compliant Shower
The ADA Stainless Steel Security Cabinet Shower by Acorn is fabricated specifically for correctional settings with 14-gauge and 12-gauge stainless steel. The shower panel includes a conventional fixed rear mount showerhead, provided at a 72-inch discharge height and a hand shower with mounting bracket at 48 inches for seated bathers. The hand shower also includes a 60-inch long stainless steel hose, hand spray, vacuum breaker and quick disconnect. The product features a slip resistant surface and stainless steel reinforcing, an ADA compliant control valve, stainless steel recessed soap dish, tamper-resistant fasteners, horizontal wall grab bar, 24-inch vertical grab bar, integral stainless steel seat and auto-release towel hook. The product is intended to meet applicable shower accessibility requirements for ADA, UFAS and ANSI.
