Patrick (Pat) D. Propst, PE has joined AECOM’s Engineering Department in Virginia Beach as its new mechanical engineer. Propst has designed mechanical systems for a variety of building types and is well versed in government design and procurement procedures. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics from Old Dominion University.
