Carla Cesario
Carla Cesario has been named the interim chief operating officer for Corizon, a nationwide correctional health care provider. Cesario formerly served as the company’s senior vice president of community corrections and has an extensive background in progressive correctional health care. She has served in clinical, administrative and supervisory roles, and her management portfolio extends across multiple mediums including jails, prisons, sexual assault treatment centers and juvenile facilities. As interim chief operating officer, Cesario will be responsible for the key outcomes, goals and strategic planning for Corizon, and will serve on the company’s senior executive leadership team. Cesario is a licensed clinical social worker and earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Rhode Island, as well as a Master of Science in social work from Boston College.
