Bids Solicited for Illinois Courthouse

SYCAMORE, Ill. — Officials in Dekalb County are seeking bids for a $14.5 million expansion of the Dekalb County Courthouse.

 

Gilbane Building Co. of Chicago is the construction manager for the project, which consists of approximately 36,000 square feet of additional courthouse and office space on four levels that will adjoin the existing courthouse structure. The architect is PSA-Dewberry of Elgin, Ill.

 

Proposals are due January 11, 2011, at the DeKalb County Legislative Center in Sycamore, Ill.
